So there. I asked the question that has been on the minds and lips of everybody since this scandal started last week. Let me begin by saying I don't know Bishop personally, honestly I'd never heard of the man until he decided to Ike Turner his more famous and talented wife Juanita Bynum in the parking lot of an Atlanta hotel. All I can say is I know a gay man when I see one and I just want to ask Bishop Weeks..."how u doin"?

Some websites and blogs are reporting the couple were having a dispute over Bishop Weeks' close relationships with a few men in his church. Now I don't know if this is true and you guys know this is not a gossip site, but my gaydar reached a new level when I saw this news story by a CBS affiliate station here . In this story the anchor describes what Bishop Weeks was wearing during his court appearance and also mentioned that his "nails were polished and he was wearing pink trimmed handcuffs". I do believe this was a low blow by the anchor delivering the story as he was obviously implying Bishop is gay.

I think it's ridiculous to assume a person's sexuality based on their outward appearance and I was ready to dismiss the idea that Bishop could be on the long list of DL preachers until I saw this video . Draw your own conclusion, but it's hard to imagine that the good Bishop wouldn't be longing to hang out with the kids this weekend at Black Gay Pride after seeing that video.

(NEWS FLASH- Bishop Weeks is gay!)

Now, I wonder if the gay community will rip him apart and take him down like some sex meat in a gay club or "embrace" him with this "inclusive love" as you always talk about.

Which one do you think will happen?

He did not make the handcuffs! So, I wonder why the reporter would even mention that in the same breath as the "polished nails?" Opportune moment, I suppose. I pray for both him and her, and the many less notable people of the faith who have marital and other personal issues. Thanks for sharing. GNP22

Maybe he just has feminine ways....maybe he's been around a lot of women. Being feminine and being gay are two different things...but only God knows....and who ever else he may or may not have been with.

Circulating rumors...unsubstaniated facts is in poor taste, but indeed not surprising in this day and age. I believe that both Weeks and Bynum are victims of the spirit of Jezebel. Read, "A Step Into Deliverance" by T. Pugh. It is a riveting account of one pastor's amazing battle with this spirit.

I thought Tommy was gay when I watched the wedding. I have thought since the first time I saw him, and I knew the marriage wouldn't last long, because she is too dominant and he wants to be the boss.

I would agree that he definitly has a flair about him...but that should not be the issue. The issue should be why has his church and congregation taken him back with open arms (huge salary) when he performed a godless act of beating the crap out of his (then) wife.
